Usui Reiki Level I

The first step of your journey is Reiki I. Here you are taught:

• the history of Reiki…what it is and how it ‘works’
• affirmations
• auras
• scanning and energy blockage removal
• Reiki techniques and hand positions
• self-treatment
• giving treatments to others
• giving treatment to other living things
• using Reiki in your daily

You will receive the attunement necessary to channel Reiki energy.
